This site is owned and operated by Sports Prophet, LLC. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At Sports Prophet, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe.

By visiting our Web Site, you give Sports Prophet permission to process your Personal Information, according to this Privacy Policy. This policy covers how Sports Prophet treats Personal Information that Sports Prophet collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Sports Prophet services.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Sports Prophet does not own or control or to people that Sports Prophet does not employ or manage. Information Collection and Use

GENERAL

Sports Prophet collects Personal Information when you register with Sports Prophet, when you visit Sports Prophet pages or the pages of certain Sports Prophet partners, when you use or make payments for Sports Prophet's services and when you enter a promotion or sweepstakes sponsored by Sports Prophet. Sports Prophet may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. Although Sports Prophet collects credit card information when you pay for a Sports Prophet service, your credit card information is used only to process the payment. Your credit card information is not saved or stored in any manner.

When you register we ask for information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, age range, gender, mailing address and certain information regarding your fantasy sport participation. When you register with Sports Prophet and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Sports Prophet collects information about your transactions with us. Sports Prophet automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and Sports Prophet "cookie" information.

Sports Prophet uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

CHILDREN

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), Sports Prophet will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent. Sports Prophet does not contact children under age 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.

Sports Prophet does not ask a child under age 13 for more Personal Information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Sports Prophet does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Sports Prophet under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your Personal Information to help Sports Prophet communicate with you about offers from Sports Prophet and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing Sports Prophet to collect and use their child's information without consenting to Sports Prophet sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Sports Prophet's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. We transfer information about you if Sports Prophet is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Sports Prophet will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

COOKIES

Sports Prophet may set and access Sports Prophet cookies on your computer. A cookie is a text file that is placed in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only Personal Information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. Cookies remember information about your activities on our site and enable Sports Prophet to make your visits to our site more enjoyable. For example, cookies can store your password for easy logon to a site you have previously visited, can save your preferences and to the extent available, can track the items you have placed in your "shopping cart" during a visit to our online store.

Third party advertisements displayed on the Sports Prophet site may also contain cookies. Sports Prophet does not control these cookies and visitors to our Web site should check the privacy policy of the advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your Sports Prophet account information at any time. New categories of marketing communications might be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Sports Prophet service, such as service announcements, and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Sports Prophet account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

We limit access to Personal Information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Sports Prophet takes reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of Personal Information under our control. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect Personal Information about you.

Any Personal Information submitted to the Web Sites is protected during transmission by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encrypted certificate. In addition, Sports Prophet servers are protected by a firewall. Yet, technical mistakes are possible, and Sports Prophet cannot fully eliminate every security risk associated with gathering Personal Information on our Web Site. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Sports Prophet may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat Personal Information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Sports Prophet account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
